Is the Somerton Man really Carl “Charlie” Webb?           Nope, he’s not?

Why was he in Adelaide? To search for a similar looking candidate!

Did the locals from Charters Towers come to visit? Or were they from Central NSW?

The Post Mortem picture taken of the man supposedly found on Somerton Beach on the morning of Wednesday December 1st 1948.

The later finding and DNA analysis suggests this is “Charlie” Webb.

Authorities are yet to publish the results of an exhumation of the same person. (16Nov2024)
